All orders are custom-made and processed within 2 to 4 weeks after confirmation of payment. Once ready, the order is handed over to the designated carrier, and the shipping time becomes the responsibility of the freight company.

DELIVERY POLICY
1) Delivery Time:
- Manufacturing time: 2 to 4 weeks after payment confirmation.
- Shipping time by the designated Shipping company starts after manufacturing completion.
- Delivery time varies based on the address, city, and country of delivery.

2) Situations in which the order is not delivered as expected:
2.1) Incorrect or incomplete registered delivery address
If the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, the order will be returned to us. The customer will be notified, and reshipment fees will apply.
2.2) Change of address after order completion
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, contact us immediately. Changes may be possible within 24 hours of order completion.
2.3) Order withheld in customs
Customs inspections in each country have the authority to detain goods. In such instances, customers must liaise with the shipping company to resolve any outstanding tax obligations and retrieve the goods. If the customer opts not to collect the goods, ARIA HOME will not reimburse the order amount.
2.4) Late delivery
E-commerce may experience delivery delays due to various factors. Customers cannot request order cancellation or refunds due to delays.
3) Situations in which the order is damaged while in transit
If the order sustains damage while in the possession of the logistics partner, it's imperative for the customer to reject the receipt. This action enables the customer to report the damage to the shipping company for a refund. However, if the damaged or tampered order is accepted by the customer instead of being rejected, it will not be feasible to proceed with a refund or reshipment of the products.
4) Situations in which the content of the order differs
Notify ARIA HOME within 48 hours of receipt if there are discrepancies. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
5)Cancellation and Refund Requests
Requests must be made within 1 working day after payment confirmation for a full refund.
6) Order Recipients
Any individuals at the delivery address are considered recipients. ARIA HOME is not responsible for misplacements once delivered.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Below are the rules of our return and exchange policy and the situations in which you can utilize it:
1) Exchange or Return for Product Damage or Defect
1.1) Damage during shipping
ARIA HOME takes all necessary precautions to ensure that customers receive their products in perfect condition. If you notice any issues upon receipt, such as crumpled or torn packaging, a broken security seal, or a damaged or incorrect product, please refuse the receipt and immediately contact both the shipping company and us. It is important to provide photographic evidence of any damage before making any decisions.
1.2) Product Defect
Please contact us within 10 days of receipt for instructions on returning defective products. Provide photographic evidence of the defect.
The product will undergo a technical Quality Control analysis. If a manufacturing defect is identified within 30 days, the product will be repaired or replaced with another of equal value at our discretion, without additional costs.
If ARIA HOME decides on an exchange and the consumer selects the same product, the exchange will be subject to stock availability. However, if the consumer prefers to exchange for a product of greater value, payment must be made according to the options available on the site.
If repair or exchange of the defective product is not possible, ARIA HOME will issue a refund according to the rules outlined in this policy.
2) Damage not covered by the Product Warranty
ARIA HOME does not accept responsibility for exchanging or repairing any product that exhibits the following disapproval items:
Disapproval Items:
- Evidence of inappropriate use of the product.
- Natural wear and tear due to usage.
- Signs of accidental damage.
- Misleading remarks from the customer regarding the product's quality.
- Product exceeding the warranty period.
- Natural markings on authentic leather such as scratches, discolorations, and various patterns.
- Improper product maintenance.
In the event of an analysis indicating any of the above disapproval items, ARIA HOME will return the same product to the original shipping address without prior notification.
3) Receipt of product other than the order

If you receive a product different from your order, please contact ARIA HOME.

If you notice the error after receiving the product, keep it in the same condition it was delivered and notify our company, ARIA HOME, within 2 days of delivery. All information regarding the order must be verified with photos that demonstrate the discrepancy before any decision is made.

If the product is unavailable in our stock, ARIA HOME will proceed with one of the following options based on the customer's preference: exchange the product for another of equivalent value, provide a refund for the price paid (subject to refund policies), or offer a replacement with a higher-value item, with the customer responsible for paying the price difference according to the available options on the site.
Please note that product colors may vary depending on factors such as monitor settings, ambient lighting, and individual visual perception. Additionally, variations in shade and texture of the leather may occur due to different production batches. These variations do not diminish the quality of the purchase.
4) Return for Regret
The order cannot be returned by regret.
5) Return methods
Your product will be returned to the Distribution Center by postage paid to ARIA HOME. After the request, you will receive the postage authorization number in your email within 48 working hours. With it, you can post the product at any accredited post office.
The shipment of a new product, or refund of the amount paid, will be carried out after the product has entered our Distribution Center and positive feedback from the analysis.
We advise you to ship the product as soon as possible for a faster resolution.
6) Values Refund Rules
6.1) For payments made by credit card:
Upon receiving the product, ARIA HOME will initiate a refund request with the credit card company for the amount paid. The cancellation protocol will be sent to your email within a period of up to 10 (ten) business days after the item enters our Distribution Center. As this process is exclusive to the card administrator, it may extend until the second invoice received by the customer after the reversal date.
