All pieces are made to order, with a production lead time of 2 to 3 weeks following payment confirmation. Once completed, orders are entrusted to the selected carrier, and transit times are managed by the respective logistics partner.

Delivery Policy
1. Lead Time

2. Delivery Exceptions
2.1 Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be returned. Reshipment will be arranged upon confirmation and subject to additional shipping fees.
2.2 Address Changes
Address modifications may be requested within 24 hours of order placement, subject to feasibility.
2.3 Customs Clearance
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection. Any duties, taxes, or clearance procedures are the responsibility of the customer. If a shipment is not claimed, Aria Home is unable to issue a refund.
2.4 Delivery Delays
While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to transit delays.
3. Damaged Shipments
If a package arrives visibly damaged or compromised, it must be refused upon delivery. This allows proper reporting and resolution with the carrier.
Accepted shipments with visible damage will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
4. Order Discrepancies
Any discrepancy between the received items and the order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 business day of payment confirmation to qualify for a full refund.
6. Delivery Receipt
Any individual present at the delivery address may receive the order. Aria Home is not responsible for items once successfully delivered.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. Exchanges or Returns Due to Damage or Defect
1.1 Shipping Damage
If the packaging shows signs of damage, tampering, or inconsistency, the shipment must be refused and immediately reported to both the carrier and Aria Home, with photographic documentation.
1.2 Product Defect
Defects must be reported within 10 days of receipt, with supporting images.
Each item undergoes technical evaluation. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within 30 days, the product will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
If replacement is not feasible, a refund will be issued in accordance with this policy.
2. Non-Covered Conditions
Aria Home does not accept returns or repairs in cases of:

Improper use or handling

Natural wear from use

Accidental damage

Misrepresentation of product condition

Expired warranty period

Natural characteristics of genuine leather (marks, tonal variations, textures)

Improper care or maintenance
Products identified under these conditions will be returned without prior notice.
3. Incorrect Item Received
If an incorrect item is delivered, please notify Aria Home within 48 hours, maintaining the product in its original condition.
Depending on availability, the following options will be offered:
